How to make a booking

All bookings will be held for a maximum of 28 days (subject to narrival date) from the date booked. The following documents will be sent to you: Terms and Conditions, Assured Standards for Departure, Booking Statement and Booking Form (if not already received), which must be completed and returned, within 28 days to the Reservations Department.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of the booking is required to secure the booking. Payment can be made by cheque (payable to SYHA), MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Electron, Delta, JCB, Maestro Domestic or Solo.
Changing or cancelling bookings
Please inform the Reservations Team immediately if there are any changes or cancellations to your booking; all cancellations must then be confirmed in writing. If you cancel your booking more than 6 weeks before arrival the deposit will be retained. If you cancel your booking after confirming with payment of your deposit, the following charges will apply:

Arrivals and departures
Your hostel will be available on your arrival date from 1700 hours. Departure is required no later than 1200 hours.
