An Edwardian house overlooking the sea and less than 10 miles from the university town of Aberystwyth. The Animalarium, Fast Trax and Nature Reserve are within walking distance. Not far away is the Centre for Alternative Technology, probably the most interesting eco centre in Europe with working displays of wind, water and solar power - it's fun and yet educational. There is also Celtica, RSPB and the Ynys Hir Reserve.
