The Youth Hostel is just 2 miles from the historic plague village of Eyam with its fascinating church and monuments. Well marked paths and trails over the White Peak are within easy reach too.
Lounge area has an open fire. Fitted kitchen with central workshop, Aga and oven. Electric storage heaters throughout. Parking is next to the Youth Hostel (along an unsurfaced track). YHA staff are resident in the vicinity.
