Traditional purpose built Youth Hostel in secluded woodland. Attractions in the area include several nature reserves, the Pottery Museums at Stoke-on-Trent, the Cauldon Canal and the valleys of Dimmingsdale and Churnet. The Youth Hostel is just two miles from Alton Towers and is well positioned for exploring the network of footpaths and cycle ways the area offers.
Open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room with soft chairs. Log burner in the lounge area and storage heaters in bedrooms. Parking is at the end of a rough, insurfaced track, next to the Youth Hostel. YHA staff are resident in adjacent building.
