By Bus
Nearest bus stop 8 miles. Buses run from Balloch to Balmaha, then walk 8
miles to the hostel.
By Car
Follow the A811 to Drymen and turn into the village. Follow sign in Drymen
for east side of Loch Lomond (B837). Drive past Balmaha and follow the road to
the very end. The hostel is around 14-15 miles from Drymen.
On Foot
Follow the B837 past Rowardennan Hotel, through car park to hostel.
Ferry
Rowardennan to Inverbeg (3 times a day). From Inverbeg you can catch a bus to
Glasgow, Oban or Fort William. Runs Easter to October and is subject to weather
conditions. |
