By Bus
Post Bus connects with the train from Inverness, which arrives at Achnasheen
around 12.00pm (except Sundays and local holidays). Local Bus also meets the
train which arrives at Strathcarron around 12.30pm.
By Train
The train from Inverness stops at Achnasheen. Take Post Bus to Torridon (as
above). The train from Kyle of Lochalsh stops at Achnasheen or Strathcarron.
Take bus from station (as above).
By Car
Hostel is situated at the head of Upper loch Torridon at the east end of the
village. Our flag is easily visible. Travel on the A896 from either Kinlochewe
or Shieldaig to Torridon. |
